席建忠

背景资料
 席建忠,北京大学工学院,研究员,博士生导师,“国家杰出青年基金”资助1996年毕业于北京理工大学化工与材料学院,2000年在清华大学生物系获得细胞与分子生物学硕士,2004年在加州大学洛杉矶分校获得生物医学工程专业博士学位。2005年,加入北京大学工学院生物医学工程系。目前担任中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会委员、中国医药生物技术协会生物芯片分会常务委员、中国生物医学工程学会生物医学测量分会委员等职务。
 
研究方向主要从事大规模功能基因技术的研发和应用,包括细胞芯片、大规模药物筛选、基因操纵、miRNA、TALE及CRISPR技术开发和应用等。近五年,围绕药物筛选、药效评估动物模型等方面,取得了突出成绩,在 Nature, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communication, PNAS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 等专业杂志,发表 30余篇高水平学术论文;主持或承担过国家自然科学基金 4项,973课题 2项及863课题2项。
