The organizing committee will book the hotel in advance for everyone who has registered before September 22*. The participants are asked to complete hotel payment on site on October 24. If you wish to share a room with another person, please indicate the name of the person when you make the registration.

*Please note that: If you do not register before Sept. 22, you can still do it online later on or do it onsite directly. However, we will be unable to book the hotel room for you in advance. Due to the Red Leaf Culture Festival in Fragrant Hill Park held during Oct. 15 to Nov. 15, thousands of people visit the park every year, so we cannot guarantee the rooms will be available after Sept. 22 or at time of arrival.

*The registration fee cannot be refunded after Sept 22, as the hotel has requested that all commitments have to be made by September 22.
