‡Important notice: The registration fee cannot be refunded after September 22. Due to the Red Leaf Culture Festival of Fragrant Hill Park from October 15 to November 15, the hotel has requested that all commitments have to be made by September 22. Thus, we will not be able to refund your registration fee if you cancel after September 22.
