Professor & Principal Investigator:

Qining Wang (王启宁) received his Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Technology from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in Dynamics and Control from Peking University in 2009. He was Assistant Professor and Tenured Associate Professor in the College of Engineering, Peking University, from July 2009 to July 2021. He is currently a Full Professor in the College of Engineering, Peking University. He serves as the Vice-Dean of the College of Engineering and the Director of the Beijing Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Rehabilitation Engineering. His research interests are in the fields of bio-inspired robots and rehabilitation robotics.   

Associate Professors:

Jingeng Mai (麦金耿) received his B.E degree from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and M.Sc. degree from Peking University. After receiving Ph.D. degree from Beihang University, he joined our lab as postdoctoral researcher. He is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Engineering, Peking University. His research interests include intelligent manufacturing and robotics.

Assistant Professors:

Zhihao Zhou (周志浩) received his B.E. degree from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. After receiving Ph.D. degree from Beihang University, he joined our lab as postdoctoral researcher. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Artificial Intelligence, Peking University. His research interests include wearable robots and rehabilitation systems. 

Postdoctoral Associates:

Dongjie Jiang (蒋东杰) received his Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include flexible electronics and wearable sensors.

Ph.D. Students:

Zhendong Zhang (张振东) received his B.E. degree from Harbin Engineering University and M. Sc. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include wearable robotics.   

Chenyao Zhu (朱琛瑶) received her B.E. degree from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and M. Sc. degree from Columbia University, USA. Her research interests include gait analysis and wearable devices.

Xingzhao Guo (郭兴召) received his B.E. degree from Harbin Engineering University. His research interests include parallel robots and wearable systems. 

Zilu Wang (王子璐) (Co-supervised with Prof. Xiaojie Duan) received his bachelor degree from Tianjin Medical University. His research interests include wearable robotics and rehabilitation engineering.

Siyuan Gao (高思源) received his B.E. degree from Beijing University of Post andTelecommunication and Master degree from University of Florida. His research interests include prosthetics and soft actuators. 

Tiantong Wang (王天童) received her B.E. degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and Master degree from UCLA. Her research interests include human-robot interfaces and wearable sensors. 

Yuwen Lu (卢裕文) (Co-supervised with Prof. Yong Wang) received his B.E. degree from Peking University. His research interests include dynamics and biomechanical modeling. 

Zhaoyang Wang (王兆阳) received her B.E. degree from Central South University. His research interests include motion control and human-robot collaboration. 

Xianda Wu (吴显达) received his B.E. degree from Peking University. His research interests include motion control and wearable robots. 

Heran Zhong (钟赫冉) received his B.E. degree from Southeast University. His research interests include motion control and rehabilitation robots. 

Zezheng Wang (王泽政) received his B.E. degree from Beihang University. His research interests include wearable robotics and motion control.

Yan Huang (黄岩) (Ph.D. 2007-2012, Postdoc 2012-2016) received his B.S. and Ph. D. degrees from Peking University, respectively. After postdoc research in our lab, he joined Beijing Institute of Technology as an Assistant Professor. His research interests include modeling and control of dynamic bipedal walking and multi-robot cooperation. 

Jinying Zhu (朱金营) (Ph.D. 2008-2014, co-supervised with Prof. Long Wang) received his B.E. degree from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and Ph. D. degree from Peking University. His research interests include powered lower-limb prosthesis and exoskeleton. 

Yang Liao (廖洋) (M.Sc. 2013-2016) received his B.E. and M.Sc. degrees from Huazhong University of Science & Technology and Peking University, respectively. His research interests include knee exoskeleton.

Baojun Chen (陈保君) (Ph.D. 2010-2016) received his B.S. and Ph. D. degrees from Peking University, respectively. His research interests include signal processing and pattern recognition for the control of powered lower-limb rehabilitation devices. He subsequently joined Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Italy, as a Postdoctoral Researcher.

Enhao Zheng (郑恩昊) (Ph.D. 2010-2016) received his B.E.  and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University and Peking University, respectively. He subsequently joined CAS Institute of Automation as an Assistant Professr. His research interests include human motion detection, capacitive sensing and human-machine interface.  

Kebin Yuan (袁克彬) (Ph.D. 2010-2016, co-supervised with Prof. Long Wang) received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Chongqing University and Peking University, respectively. His research interests include the control of powered lower-limb prosthesis.

Yile Zhang (张熠乐) (M.Sc. 2011-2017) received her B.E. degree from Beihang University. Her research interests include signal processing and motion control.

Yanggang Feng (冯仰刚) (Ph.D. 2014-2019) received his B.E. degree from Changan University and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. He subsequently joined the University of Tokyo as a Postdoctoral Researcher. His research interests include powered lower-limb prosthesis.

Wanwen Chen (陈婉雯) received her B.S. degree from Peking University in 2019. She subsequently joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Master student. Her research interests include wearable robotics.

Cheng Gong (龚成) (M.Sc. 2017-2020) received his B.E. degree from China University of Mining and Technology (Xuzhou) in 2017 and M.Sc. degree from Peking University in 2020. His research interests include motion control and rehabilitation robots. 

Dong Huang (黄东) (Post-doc. 2019-2021) received his Ph.D. degree from Peking Univeristy. After receiving Ph.D. degree, he joined our lab as postdoctoral researcher. His research interests include micro/nano electronics and wearable sensors.

Geng Chen (陈更) (Ph.D. 2013-2021) received her B.E. degree from Tongji University and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. Her research interests include exoskeleton and rehabilitation robots.

Xiuhua Liu (刘秀华) (Ph.D. 2016-2021) received her B.E. degree from Beijing Forestry University and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. Her research interests include wearable robotics.

Dongfang Xu (许东方) (Ph.D. 2016-2021) received his B.E. degree  from University of Science and Technology Beijing, M. Sc. degree from Tsinghua University, and Ph.D. degree from Peking University. His research interests include human-robot interface and micro-nano systems.
